Passed by and noticed Olympos , so we stopped after a trip to JobLot.
Clean and cozy, sit near the old fashioned counter which looks like the original diner car type structure
Any diner ought to have great coffee and Olmypus does. My wife is picky about coffee and loved it here, fresh hot and a warm up.
Her chicken orzo soup was scratch made and served hot, flavorful comfort food. Her BLT was very good too, she was very pleased with her meal.
I had pancakes and bacon, three large panckaes I ate them all but shoud have gotten the short stack [2] . These pancakes were out of this world....fluffy and ligjt inside, nicely done on the outside, served piping hot with a healthy smear of butter on top and syrup on the side. So so good I knew 3 were too much but couldnt stop until they were gone. Wow. A simple pancake but sooo good.
Staff were all very friendly and genuinely nice, not typical anymore unfortunately, but they make you feel at home amd welcome.
